Welcome to our Website, we hope you enjoy visiting it.

Whether a Labrador is a hunting dog, family and child companion, show or obedience dog,
all these are what any Labrador can be and many can fulfil most or all of these roles.
Our website illustrates this and we as members are proud of our dogs.
We strive to promote this wonderful breed and encourage others to recognize its versatility.

Island & Pacific Labrador Retriever Club Calendar year is from January 1 - December 31

OUR CLUB

The Island & Pacific Labrador Retriever Club began in 1984
with a group of  labrador breeders, owners, enthusiasts and friends.
The founding members of IPLRC bring a wealth of knowledge and many years of combined experience in purebred Labrador Retrievers.

Sharing a passion and an overall love for the Labrador Retriever we are an active club today.

We are Members of the Canadian Kennel Club

We are Members of the Official National Club
The Labrador Retriever Club of Canada

We are registered under the BC Societies Act

The goal of The Island and Pacific Labrador Retriever Club is to promote in every way the purebred Labrador Retriever in all areas of the fancy.

We endeavour to work towards improvement of the Labrador Retriever Breed and to promote and help educate public interest in our favourite breed.

Island and Pacific Labrador Retriever Club is made up of Enthusiastic Members who own, train, and love Labrador Retrievers.

We are always willing to discuss training, showing, working, kennelling, raising, feeding and all aspects of owning a Labrador Retriever.

Throughout the year we hold a number of Events, all of which are held for the purpose of promoting the above goals of The Island and Pacific Labrador Retriever Club.
